Ms. Posoff is a senior financial services and governance leader with more than 20 years of experience across investment oversight, strategic development, impact investing, and institutional sales and marketing. She currently serves as Chair and Independent Trustee of the Oakmark Funds – Harris Associates Investment Trust and is a Managing Director and Member of Golden Seeds, investing in early-stage companies with diverse leadership teams. 

Ms. Posoff is a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Board of the Community College of Philadelphia and a member of the Board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners Southeastern Pennsylvania. She also serves on the Board of the MFDF, an independent association representing directors of mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and other registered investment companies. 

Ms. Posoff founded Traversent Capital Partners, a consulting firm providing strategic and operational guidance to startups and asset management firms. Previously, she was one of three co-founders of NewMarket Capital Partners, LLC, where she served as Chief Operating and Compliance Officer and Co-Head of Sales & Marketing, with responsibility for regulatory compliance, risk management, operations, and institutional distribution. 

Ms. Posoff is Vice Chair Emeritus and a founding board member of 100 Women in Finance and a former Vice Chair of the Board of Managers of the Philadelphia Foundation, where she continues to participate on the Investment Committee. She also served as Chair of the Board of the Samuel S. Fels Fund. 

Additional prior board and advisory roles include Apollo Global Management’s Impact Advisory Committee, The HighMark Mutual Funds (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), Springboard Enterprises’ Council of National Advisors, Salus University, the Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation, and Former Advisory Member of Women of the World Investment Committee, as well as Chair of the Board of AboutOne, a startup technology company. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Posoff held senior leadership roles at E*Trade, where she helped expand strategic asset-gathering initiatives and develop alternative distribution channels. She served on the boards of E*Trade Asset Management, E*Trade Advisory Services, and EAdvisor.com. Prior to E*Trade, she was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, focused on structured products and institutional sales. 

Ms. Posoff holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in philosophy and Greek civilization from Beloit College.
